Q. Do You Use Your Own Products?A. Yes, we provide our cleaning staff with professional grade, eco-friendly cleaning products bought from our supplier. In the interest of safety for staff members and quality for our clients, we will only use chemicals we know and trust. Our equipment is sanitised ready for each clients clean. Where possible we use the clients vacuum for cross contamination purposes. However, we do have company vacuums which are cleaned and sanitised after each use.

Q. When And How Do I Pay?A. Usually, clients pay upon invoice, which they receive via email after their clean has been completed. However, we also accept: Bank Transfer Card/ Contactless (via card machine) Cash Payment is expected upon invoice. We do give a 48-hour grace period before chasing invoices. Recurring late payments (exceeding 48 hours) may result in being asked to pay before the cleaner leaves or upfront before the cleaner arrives and /or late fees being added. For clients who wish to enter one of our contracts and pay monthly, this can be discussed.

Q. How Do You Work Out Pricing?A. We offer different pricing options to suit the needs of each client. - Hourly rates for clients who wish to pay for the hours they use or set a limit. - Project rates for clients who would like a set plan of tasks, without being constrained to time. - Day rates for extensive cleaning projects. For our regular clients who may wash to pay on a monthly basis, we offer rolling monthly contracts, 6-month contracts or 12-month contracts. Without a contract payment should be made upon invoice after service. Contact us to discuss the best option for you.

Q. Do You Mind Animals?A. Most animals are welcome to do as they usually would for the majority of cleans. Exceptions being: Uncontrollable animals Dangerous animals Overly friendly animals We would also require animals to be removed from a room where the floor is being cleaned or other low surfaces.

Q. How Much Notice Should I Give For Cancellation?A. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancelling at this short notice will incur a 25% charge. Less than 24 hours notice 50% charge. Less than 12 hours would be a 75% charge, and less than 6 hours would be a 100% charge. Cancellation of a deep and detailed clean will also be liable for last minute cancellation charges and we will use the details on file to pursue payment owed.

Q. Do You Work Bank Holidays?A. We are open as usual on most bank holidays. However, we close on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Our residential clients are assigned their own cleaner, on occasions where your regular cleaner is on annual leave you will be informed and a temporary cleaner will perform the clean for the visit specified.
