Our services can be a one off, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Usual service requires an initial deep and detailed clean followed by regular weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleans.

Commercial Cleaning

Any work place environment or office not located in the home.

Can be one off, monthly, fortnightly, weekly or more often. 

Commercial cleans can also be contracted up and paid monthly.

All high touch areas will be sanitised each visit, with a thorough clean through out. If cleaning within office hours we use light smelling products with antibacterial properties. Out of office hours we will use stronger products with stronger antibacterial properties. 

As with our other services, our quality will not be compromised. We keep our standards high to ensure repeat custom.

Oven Clean

We fully dismantle and rebuild all of the fixtures which can be dismantled. Cleaning each part completely by hand, taking care not to miss any grime. 

Making each cooker look like new ✨ time after time.

Interior windows

This includes glass, seals, frames and sills. Leaving the whole unit sparkling clean.

Car interior

This includes but is not exclusive to:

cleaning, disinfecting, vacuuming, buffing and polishing the entire interior of the car. Plus interior windows.

This can be carried out at the convenience of your home or at our base if required.

 

Organise and deep clean

A member of our team can come to your home and help to organise and clean a room in your property. Commonly this is the bedroom area, as an example we would help you to arrange your belongings into what can be kept, donated or disposed of. All storage spaces, cupboards and cabinets will be cleaned inside and out. We would then organise the keep pile back into the room. 

We call it a complete reset.

Hoarders Organise and Clean

This is a big job and can sometimes take more than a day. If this type of clean is required please keep in mind that there may be a wait before a slot becomes available. 

As this can be a sensitive area we ensure mindfulness at all times. 

Emergency Cleaning

This service is dependant upon availability. 

The term 'emergency' refers to giving less than 48 hours notice to book an appointment. If the cleaner has booked this without you specifically requesting it you will be quoted and charged based on regular pricing. 

Emergency rates are dependent on information given and how soon the service is requested. 

Move related cleans

Moving in or out of a property? 

This service is perfect for setting up your new home or making your old home seem like new again. Whether renting or owning, cleanliness is key.

As no one wants to clean two homes at the same time, we can lighten the load. We can either do one or both homes leaving you free to do the more important tasks.

Vacational homes

This applies to air B&Bs, holiday homes, cabins, caravans etc.

We offer a complete clean and complimentary hampers for your guests, meaning you do not need to worry about a thing. 

We can restock items when required too.

All of our services are personal to you (the client).

I am Joanne and I assign cleaners to clients, I also do some cleaning too. Once I have had a consultation with you, I will email you an itemised quote, this will include all the tasks we discussed within the consultation. From this quote you can pick and chose each week which tasks you would like done. Giving you freedom and choice. 

This is a completely personal service and can be customised how ever you like. 

Our cleaners are all fully trained and audited on a regular basis to ensure high standards are kept. Posi-TIV-ely Clean Cleaning Ltd takes on a quality not quantity momentum. Our hourly rate is priced higher than some may be willing to pay, this is due to the confidence we have in the service provided. Our itemised billing system is completely customisable, we will not compromise on quality. This may sometimes mean paying a higher price initially to remove build up before moving on to a maintenance package. 

We also have a cancellation policy in place, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% charge, less than 24 hours could incur upto 75% charge and less than 12 hours notice will incur a 100% charge. 

The service we provide is designed to be personal and client focused plus the highest quality of cleaning available.
