


All of our services are personal to you (the client).
I am Joanne and I assign cleaners to clients, I also do some cleaning too. Once I have had a consultation with you, I will email you an itemised quote, this will include all the tasks we discussed within the consultation. From this quote you can pick and chose each week which tasks you would like done. Giving you freedom and choice.
This is a completely personal service and can be customised how ever you like.
Our cleaners are all fully trained and audited on a regular basis to ensure high standards are kept. Posi-TIV-ely Clean Cleaning Ltd takes on a quality not quantity momentum. Our hourly rate is priced higher than some may be willing to pay, this is due to the confidence we have in the service provided. Our itemised billing system is completely customisable, we will not compromise on quality. This may sometimes mean paying a higher price initially to remove build up before moving on to a maintenance package.
We also have a cancellation policy in place, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% charge, less than 24 hours could incur upto 75% charge and less than 12 hours notice will incur a 100% charge.
The service we provide is designed to be personal and client focused plus the highest quality of cleaning available.
